What you’ll own
- Shipping outcomes end-to-end, not tickets.
- Measuring what shipped and feeding that back into the next iteration.
- Writing the one piece of context the rest of the team needs to unblock themselves.
- Arguing for the non-obvious choice when you think it’s right.
You probably have
- 5+ years of senior-level work in the relevant discipline.
- A public track record we can look at (repo, portfolio, newsletter, case study).
- An opinion about what’s broken in the current generation of marketing tools.
- Comfort operating async across timezones with a distributed team.
How we hire
- Async intro: write a short note about what you’d ship in month one.
- 45-minute call with a founder or team lead.
- Paid one-week work trial on a real problem.
- Offer within seven days of trial end.
